Return Policy

Returns accepted 30 days from purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by us. All returns must, within reason, be in as-sent condition. Shipping back to us is paid for by the purchaser. Items with free shipping will not be refunded the amount it cost us to ship it to you. You may return any item for any reason provided it is new, unused and with all original undamaged packaging. We are not responsible for product that is damaged when you are returning the product. Please be sure to insure the package, at times breakage does occur. If package is not insured, and product is damaged in shipment you will not be refunded for your purchase. Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on returns.   

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NO Returns on Custom Products


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will ship your item(s) within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. In most cases items are shipped the next day after payment or sooner. We use the USPS and UPS as carriers for our shipments. Depending on where you are at in the country, you can expect to see your package in 2-5 business days from shipment. We make every attempt to forward tracking information to you via email after your package(s) ship. We have several options to choose from if you need your package(s) sooner. On international shipments, we are not responsible for export fees or duty fees. Please check with your countries policies before purchasing.

Liability Limit

In no event shall Flocco's Trading Post (floccostradingpost) or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. Flocco's Trading Post (floccostradingpost) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and their respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder.

If you leave a voice mail message we will return all calls the next business day. We are human and sometimes mistakes happen.
